Yes, absolutely. iq999 is built with a mobile-first design, so you can easily register from any Android or iOS smartphone browser. You can use the full site on mobile without downloading any app.

No. According to iq999's policy, each user may have only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in all accounts being suspended and any balance being forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits via bKash are very fast — funds are usually added to your iq999 wallet within a few seconds to 2-3 minutes. During peak system load it may take up to 10 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Log in to iq999, go to the Cashier/Deposit option, and select Nagad. Send the specified amount from your Nagad app to the merchant number shown. Enter the transaction reference number in the deposit form — your balance will be credited within a few minutes.
Withdrawal requests at iq999 are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Having KYC verification completed speeds up the process further.
iq999 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees itself. However, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may apply their own service charges — this depends on your mobile banking provider's policy. Check the charges in your payment app before making a transaction.
Yes. iq999 supports both Rocket and Upay as payment methods. Just like bKash and Nagad, the minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Go to the Cashier section, choose your preferred method, and complete the transaction easily.
First, check your payment app's transaction history to confirm whether the money was sent. If the payment was successful but has not appeared in your iq999 wallet after 15 minutes, contact our 24/7 live chat support with the transaction ID.

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a slot or casino game pays back to players over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered over the long term — however, this is not a guarantee, as each spin or hand operates independently.
Aviator is a crash game by Spribe. A plane takes off and a multiplier keeps increasing. You can cash out at any time — if you cash out before the plane crashes, you receive your bet amount multiplied by the multiplier. If you cash out after the crash, you lose your entire bet.
Yes. All games at iq999 are sourced from internationally recognised game providers that use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone. iq999 is always committed to fair play.
Bonuses and Promotions
When you open an account at iq999 for the first time, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit of up to ৳15,000. A wagering requirement is the condition specifying how many times you must use a bonus amount in bets before you can withdraw it. The wagering requirement for iq999's welcome bonus is 20x. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after placing a total of ৳20,000 in bets.
iq999's VIP program works automatically — the more you play, the faster you move up to higher tiers. There are five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Higher tiers also come with faster withdrawals and special benefits.
Each week, a certain percentage of your net loss (what you lost minus what you won) is returned to you as cashback according to your VIP tier. Cashback is credited to your account every Monday. It is available for direct use and there are no separate wagering conditions.
Bonuses can be used on most slots and casino games. However, bonus wagering may not apply to some games or betting markets. Read the terms and conditions of each offer carefully, or ask in live chat for specific information.
